Milosz Kowalewski

He was born in Kolobrzeg, he is an educated architect and enthusiast wildlife photographer – birdwatcher. His photographic expeditions are mostly dedicated to the birds. His works have been displayed in books, calendars and magazines about wildlife and environmental protection. He is a member of Ogólnopolskie Towarzystwo Ochrony Ptaków (Polish Society for the Protection of Birds). Some of his works were awarded in photographic contests, both nationwide and international. As a member of Zachodniopomorskie Towarzystwo Przyrodnicze (West Pomeranian Wildlife Society), with fellow ornithologists, he created bird refuge in former fish ponds in Glowaczew near Kolobrzeg.

All his photographs displayed in the Festival were taken in nature and present wild birds in their natural environment.
